At TAGRY, we ship all US orders directly from our fulfillment center in Fontana, California, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the continental United States.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding US federal holidays).

 Standard processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

 Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

 You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping methods for US domestic orders:

 Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — FREE on orders over $35; $4.99 for orders under $35.

 Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $9.99 flat rate.

 Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $19.99 flat rate (order must be placed before 12:00 PM PST).

Delivery estimates are business days and begin after processing. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship your orders. The carrier will be selected based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through the tracking link in your email.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at  customer@tagry.net— changes can only be made before the order ships.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

 Check with neighbors and around your property.

 Contact your local post office or carrier facility.

 Reach out to us at customer@tagry.net within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customer@tagry.net within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
